Solution

We retrofitted standard 6-DOF arms with our VisionServo AI layer, combining high-speed cameras with force-torque sensors. The system learns optimal grip trajectories and compensates for part position variance in real time, eliminating the need for precision fixturing.

Outcome

Rejection rate dropped from 4% to 0.02%. Throughput increased by 64% as the arms operate at maximum rated speed without safety cages. The system paid for itself in under 7 months.
